台灣時間10月7日，哈瑪斯的武裝組織在以色列境內發動了暴力行動，殺傷了士兵與平民，挾持人質。隨後，以色列對加薩地帶發動了史無前例的軍事行動，空襲在短短幾天內已經造成了2300多人死亡，甚至造成了人質的死亡。
我們要指出，我們並不為哈瑪斯的暴力行動背書，也反對哈瑪斯的無差別攻擊。但是，以色列軍方對加薩的攻擊已經造成大量平民死亡。這種株連九族式的復仇行為是極度野蠻的，必須立刻停止。
多年來，以色列政府一再無視加薩人民對於家園與自由的呼聲。例如2018-19年的返鄉大遊行中，加薩的巴勒斯坦人勇敢的遊行到加薩邊境。而以色列軍隊對於他們祭出的是催淚瓦斯與真槍實彈，100多名和平抗議者被殺。
以色列對外宣傳著一個民主、先進國家的形象，但是長期縱容極端民族主義者強佔巴勒斯坦人的土地、建立大量違反國際法的定居點。在佔領區內，以色列政府長期限制巴勒斯坦人的基本人權，包括禁止巴勒斯坦人民的自由通行、言論自由、以及對他們使用軍法審判，執行種族隔離政策。
現在，國際上許多左派、人權組織已經團結起來，聲援巴勒斯坦的受壓迫者。我們認為，台灣不應該在這樣的國際聲援當中缺席，因此，我們誠摯邀請所有關心巴勒斯坦人民權益的朋友，10月20日至駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處外，反對以色列的軍事行動與暴行。
我們提出以下訴求：

從約旦河到紅海，巴勒斯坦終將自由！
On October 7, Hamas launched an operation in Israel, causing the deaths of soldiers and civilians, and taking hostages. Subsequently, Israel launched an unprecedented military operation against Gaza. In just a few days, air strikes have killed more than 2,300 people and even killed hostages.
We would like to point out that we do not endorse Hamas’ actions and indiscriminate attacks. However, the Israeli military’s attack on Gaza has killed a large number of civilians. This barbarous act of punishing the civilians for the actions of Hamas must stop immediately.
For decades, Israel has ignored the Gaza people’s calls for freedom and return to their homeland. In the Great March of Return of 2018-19, Gaza residents bravely marched to the Gaza border, where they met the tear gas and live ammunition of the Israeli army, killing more than 100 peaceful protesters.
Israeli propaganda projects a false image of a democratic and advanced society, but it has long allowed ultra-nationalists to seize Palestinian land and build settlements that violate international law. In the occupied territories, the Israeli government has long violated the basic human rights of Palestinians, including the freedom of passage, freedom of speech, and trying them with martial laws, constituting a apartheid institution.
Many left-wing and human rights activists have come out in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians to protest the Israeli government. And Taiwan must take its part. We call on everyone who deplores the treatment of the Palestinian people to join us outside the Israeli Consulate in Taipei on October 20 to protest the atrocities of the Israeli military.
We make the following demands:

Immediate cease of military operations in Gaza. No to genocide!

End the apartheid regime, end the ethnic hatred

Join the international left-wing solidarity movement. Taiwan should be part of it!
From the River to the Sea, Palestine shall be free!
